The NHS is under extreme pressure at the moment, and our surgery is no exception. We understand how frustrating it can be in trying to get an appointment and always try our best to help, however our reception team are getting more and more verbal abuse from some patients which is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
We will send one warning letter and if there is a repeat of similar behaviour you will be removed from our patient list and required to register elsewhere.
Our practice staff are here to help you. Our aim is to be as polite and helpful as possible to all patients. If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately please ask reception staff to contact the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager who will be happy to address your concerns.
