This short online form is the quickest and simplest way for the majority of our patients to access our team for assistance. Our phone lines remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find difficulty completing this form.

You do NOT need online access to complete the request form.

If you would like any help with the request form you are more than welcome to contact reception who will be willing to help.

Important

All requests received before 12pm will be reviewed on the same working day by our duty team. A normal appointment lasts for 10 minutes, so one problem per appointment please.

If you are seriously unwell, call 111 or 999.

The submitted forms will only be read during office hours.

The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays.

They will not be read Monday-Friday between the hours of 1200 – 0700.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999

Patients of our practice are now able to book routine appointments to be seen by doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants in the evenings and at weekends in Enhanced Access – a service provided by West Cambs Federation.

This service is available to all patients in this area seven days a week in sessions at six clinics:

Alconbury Surgery, School Lane, Alconbury

Cornerstone Surgery, Elwyn Road, March

Little Paxton Surgery, St Neots

Moat House, Beech Close, Warboys

Riverport, Orchard Site, Constable Road, St Ives

Roman Gate, Pinfold Lane, Godmanchester

You can make an appointment at any of the sites – not just the one nearest to your home.  To book an appointment contact us and we will book your appointment for you.

These appointments are for non-urgent, routine medical problems only. If you feel you are unwell and need to be seen urgently on that day, please ask your own surgery to arrange to see you.
